Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Landscape Zone, we take pride in providing premium outdoor living products to gardening enthusiasts and landscaping professionals. While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned or exchanged. Please review our policy below.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Item must include all original tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Grow Kits and Lawn Care products (including opened bags of soil, fertilizers, or chemicals) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request (see template below).
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship Back: Package the item securely with all original packaging and ship to our warehouse at:

  4. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the original item is received. If the replacement is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
